Area of Focus
Mr. Casselberry is responsible for advising the institutional investment management consulting and investing practice and various other business development activities.

Experience
Mr. Casselberry has over 30 years of experience in investment management and investment management consulting.  Mr. Casselberry is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Sarowitz Family, LLC, a single-family office.  He also serves as a Senior Advisor to NexTier although in the past he served as a Senior Managing Director of NexTier.  In addition, he has held senior roles at NexGen Capital Partners, LLC and Dearborn Park Group, LLC (DPG), both firms offered strategic consulting advice to investment management and financial services firms. Prior to DPG, he served as a principal at Ennis Knupp & Associates Inc. (Ennis Knupp, currently known as Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting, Inc., an Aon plc company) and served as the primary consultant and managed consulting assignments. Mr. Casselberry also served as the leader of Ennis Knupp’s Emerging Manager Advisory Council and was a member of the firm’s global equity research group, private equity research group as well as the fixed income advisory council.

During his career, Mr. Casselberry has held leadership positions with Trias Capital Management, LLC, Wedgewood Capital Management, Inc. and The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. He began his career at First Chicago Corporation and Arthur D. Little Valuation, Inc. Mr. Casselberry is currently an adjunct Professor at Valparaiso University teaching in the College of Business MBA program.

Education
Mr. Casselberry received a BA degree in economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
